Autumn is a time of year where many of us begin to go inwards. The weather starts to cool, the leaves begin to fall and we honour this time of transition.
Our yin yoga practice allows us to mindfully stretch & stress all of the tissues within our body, and by giving ourselves this time and attention to make space, we can honour our own personal introspective transition and open up the energy from our Lungs, Large Intestine, Stomach & Spleen Meridians.
