Samsara is a Sanskrit word translating to mean ‘wandering’ or ‘flowing through’.

The Wheel of Samsara represents the cycle of birth, death & rebirth we all flow through ☸️

It’s a cycle governed by our actions – our karma – and fueled by attachment, ignorance & desire. Yogic philosophy views this wheel as a cycle of suffering brought about by a clining to impermanence.
And it shows up not only across lifetimes, but in the repetitive patterns of our daily lives.

The goal of yoga is to transcend this cycle, and achieve liberation: moksha 🙏🏼🕊️
