Never practiced yoga before? Save the flows for after the 12wk mark, you can participate in the restorative/yin and meditation from the start of your pregnancy.
Have a regular (2-3 times a week for 1yr) yoga practice before pregnancy? All practices are safe for you to do mindfully at any stage. Remember to take it gently in the first 12wks.

BREAKDOWN OF PRENATAL SUN A
Sun Salutations are a staple in any vinyasa class.
Renée will take you through some simple modifications to allow the Sun A's suit your growing belly at any stage of pregnancy.
PRENATAL FLOW - 30min
Designed to give you space to surrender release, and to bring a sense of ease and trust to your body.
PRENATAL FLOW : SUPPORTIVE LEGS - 35min
A dynamic flow designed to strengthen your legs.
PRENATAL RESTORATIVE/YIN: OPEN HEART - 30min
In this particular practice we focus on releasing your upper body. This will help with easier breathing and opening up your heart space.
PRENATAL RESTORATIVE/YIN: SOFT HIPS - 40min
This practice is focused on softening and opening your hips. Not only to make space for your baby's transition but to help release and stories or emotions that may be stored in your hips.
MEDITATION: OPENING PORTALS - 20min
In some indigenous cultures it is believed the mother meets and calls in the spirit of her baby before she even falls pregnant.
During this meditation let's call in the spirit of your baby and allow you to energetically meet, creating a safe portal for them to journey to Earth.
MEDITATION: AWAKEN CHAKRAS - 30min
You are already doing such a great job at physically growing your baby, now lets awaken their energetic body!
In this meditation we clear and align your chakras and awaken the chakras of your baby.
