As the days get colder and shorter, we tend to go inward. Your circulation decreases, which not only slows the effectiveness of your organs, it also further lowers your body temperature. This can lead to constriction in the muscles, joints and even perspective.

This 3 hour Yang/Yin/Pranayama experience focuses on finding power in Anahata, whilst flowing warmth, chi, self love and compassion back into your winter bodies.

You will discover how you can be strong in active poses, while also finding stillness and stability by using Pranayama (breathing) techniques.


You will follow the Yang energy by balancing it out with Yin energy and work into a deep, slow release of your entire body. You will spend time opening your heart to connect to a deeper part of ourselves and bring balance back into this energy centre.


In the end you will leave with a feeling of transformation and connectedness, that will stay with you when you are well off the mat.
