200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Newcastle's ONLY Immersive YTT

with Tara South
November 1 - 30, 2021

The Mandala 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is a month-long immersive journey of living, breathing and practicing yoga. It's going to be intense, expansive and life-changing.

I (Tara) have the honour of leading the training, but it cannot be done without the amazing hand-picked teachers who come together from around the globe to share their knowledge, passion and devotion to yoga with you.

It’s time to dive deep and learn what kind of teacher you will become, your levels of resilience and uptake of knowledge.

Our 200hr teacher training has been designed to take you out of your norm and immerse you in a yoga lifestyle giving you the safety and comfort of a home away from home. You’ll be nestled safely under my wing for a month until you are ready to fly!
