Thankyou so much for expressing interest in hiring our studio space.

We have TWO studio spaces that are available for hire at certain days and times throughout the week, subject to availability.

Please see below for all of the info for each studio space.

Our upstairs space can comfortably hold up t0 10 people, plus a facilitator.

What's included?

Private use of the upstairs studio only, as well as yoga bolsters and mats if agreed on, based on the intended use of the space
Use of downstairs bathrooms
Staff to let you in and lock up for your booking

Important things to note:

Alcohol is not permitted in the building
Shoes are never to be worn in the studio space (common areas/bathrooms are fine)
There may be admin staff or teachers & students in the building as well as scheduled classes in other spaces when your booking is being held. We will make you aware of this if and when you decide to apply to book
Studio hire does not include promotion or marketing through The Open Mind Space (unless otherwise agreed upon)
If your hire application is agreed upon, we will send you an agreement with our full hire stipulations that need to be agreed on prior to your booking being accepted.

Our structured fees are as follows:

Upstairs
$45 per hour

PLUS an additional cleaning fee - this fee will be calculated based on the type of event you are holding.

The fees include set-up, pack down and the time of your event.

Our downstairs space can comfortably hold up t0 40 people, plus a facilitator.

What's included?

Private use of the downstairs studio, lounge area & filtered water
Use of downstairs bathrooms
Access to yoga bolsters (40), blocks (30), straps (30) & yoga mats (20) - this is subject to the intended use of the space
Option to access trestle tables (2), fold-up chairs (20) & projector with HDMI cable
Staff to let you in and lock up for your booking

Important things to note:

Downstairs studio has full-length mirrors along one wall
There may be admin staff or teachers & students in the building as well as scheduled classes in other spaces when your booking is being held. We will make you aware of this if and when you decide to apply to book
