Indulge in the ultimate self-care ritual—where ancient wisdom meets luxurious, healing touch.

โ€‹โ€‹

Like a yoga class—but way more indulgent. Instead of stretching on a mat, you’ll be seated on a towel, dipping your hands into warm, herbal-infused oil and massaging it luxuriously into your skin. Stroke by stroke, you’ll learn how to activate circulation, drain lymph, and deeply nourish your tissues, all while soaking your nervous system in pure regeneration and relaxation.

Vital Veda staff will float around the room like caring oil fairies, guiding your technique, topping up your oil, and ensuring you experience the full magic of Abhyanga. Your skin is home to a thriving ecosystem of microbes eagerly waiting to be fed by this nourishing ritual.

Bring your healing hands, an empty bowl for oil, and an open mind. Come slide into bliss and leave glowing—inside and out!
