When life feels heavy, Durga reminds us of the strength already living within us. We begin the day grounding into the body, building steadiness, courage and inner trust.

 

SARASWATI — Awakening wisdom & clarity

The energy of creativity, intuition and inner knowing. Through breath, meditation, movement and reflection, we quiet the noise and reconnect to our truth, voice and deeper wisdom.

 

LAKSHMI — Opening to flow & abundance

We close in Lakshmi’s energy — soft, radiant and receptive. Calling in ease, beauty, gratitude and the remembrance that abundance begins within.
