3-Night Women’s Retreat at Sunquncha Temple
Held on stunning, fertile land 90min north of Newcastle, within a beautifully crafted retreat, nurtured by loving hands and hearts. It is fully catered with pair-share bell tent accommodation.

This immersion of Vocal Exploration & Breath is a playful blend of the Science and Art of Sound, Song, Breath and Resonance. It is a weaving of leading-edge science, mystical & ancestral remembering, grounded in experiential practice and play… that whispers to your divine spirit, and gently invites you into the free expression of your unique soul flavour… that you came to enjoy on this human ride.
We will sing with the elements over these 3 days, remembering the language of nature through Air & Fire Ceremony on Thursday evening, a Water Ceremony on Friday, an Earth ceremony with cacao and tribal dance on Saturday evening, then Sinking into the depths of Ether on Sunday.

Our 3-Night immersive Journey is interwoven with skillfully guided Breathwork & Movement Sessions, and a Soul Igniting Cacao, Breathwork Ceremony & Dance on Saturday evening.
BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT
These practices are intended to enliven & invigorate your body & spirit. They are skilfully and sensitively guided to support the group and help release any stuck energy and return it to the optimal flow of your human Biofield for maximum vitality and potential.
CACAO CEREMONY & DANCE
The medicine of Mama Cacao meets the rhythm of your soul. Our Saturday night ceremony is both a sacred integration and a joyful celebration. A chance to soften, release and return to the heart. With the feminine spirit of cacao as our guide, we awaken the voice, free the body, and let joy move through us. This ceremony is our retreat homecoming. A final exhale. A soulful dance. A full-bodied celebration of who you are.

There are health contraindications to participating in the Breathwork component of this retreat - you are still welcome to attend!

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. No refunds are offered for change of mind. Any cancellation requests must be requested in writing to hello@theomspace.com.au . Cancellations requested prior to 7 days outside of the event are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event forfeit all ticket costs, but may transfer their ticket to another name.
