Join Jacqui for a fun-filled 3-hour immersion designed to help you build greater confidence and understanding around your arm balance and inversion practice. This workshop is directed towards both fledglings who are ready to leave the nest, and flyers looking to challenge their limits.

Jacqui will share all of her tips to help you break down these challenging poses, focusing on key alignment, full body activation, play, and finding the lightness and joy of inversions and arm balances.
Using intelligent progressions, clever use of props, and strong foundational techniques to help you build confidence safely and sustainably, we will break down a range of flying poses, and then look at adding them into our flow with transitions and ease – even if you don’t get both feet off the ground.
There is no pressure to get both feet off the ground, and all levels are welcome. This workshop will be about exploration as much as defying gravity.

Contraindications: This workshop is not suitable for those with wrist and/or shoulder injuries.

This is an in-person workshop at our studio in Newcastle, NSW.
