You are invited to explore the power of connection in this interactive 2-hour workshop.
Connect with yourself through a solo Asana practice, with others through partner Yoga play, and then with the power of touch through both giving and receiving a guided bodywork sequence.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a form of bodywork with focused intention – unconditionally giving – through a combination of Thai Massage, Shiatsu, and Osteopathic techniques to create a holistic treatment for the body and energy systems.
Following the Elemental Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will explore the Elements of each season. You will be introduced to a sequence to take home and share with others, as well as gain knowledge of this powerful modality.
No experience is necessary – this workshop is for anyone wishing to explore a new form of movement therapy. Come and feel it for yourself.
