Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha

In the yogic tradition, Ganesha is known as the remover of obstacles and the guardian of new beginnings. His journey is very closely linked to that of a yogis. Ganesha is the deity you call upon at the start of journeys, rituals, and new chapters.

Which makes him the perfect energy for a Monday 🤎 the beginning of a new weekly cycle.

The mantra:
Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha
A simple translation: “I bow to Ganesha, remover of obstacles” or “I surrender to the power of Ganesha within me”.

Try chanting it slowly:

Let the sound move through the body. Mantra works through repetition, vibration and intention.
