Jacqui will lead you through a gentle movement and yin yoga sequence designed to open the body’s energetic pathways, supported by breath practices that cultivate calm and connection.

Elisha of Wild Song Co – a big-hearted woman known for her playfulness and authenticity – will weave her magic through chakra toning, harmonic voice work, and sound vibration healing, creating an exquisite energetic landscape for renewal.
