The Fire Horse Threshold | A Powerful, Embodied Transition

 

This 90-minute online embodiment experience is a conscious transition between energetic cycles - a moment to fully close one chapter before stepping into the next.

We begin by honouring the Year of the Snake: a year of shedding, deep inner work, truth-telling, and profound transformation. Rather than rushing ahead, this experience invites you to pause and complete - to release what has been unravelled, outgrown, or carried for too long.

From here, we transition into the Year of the Fire Horse - an archetype of movement, momentum, courage, and outward expression. This is a powerful, highly yang energy (about as yang as it can get), and, without regulation, it can quickly become overwhelming, chaotic, or depleting.

This session is designed to bridge that gap.

Through guided movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous-system regulation practices, you’ll be led through:

• A deep release phase to clear residual emotional, physical, and energetic holding

• A grounded embodiment phase to establish inner stability, clarity, and self-trust

• The cultivation of self-regulation tools you can return to again and again throughout the year
