You already have all the tools you need to soothe and regulate your nervous system, to unlock the infinite peace and space that resides within.… Perhaps you've just never learnt how to use them.

What is Self-Soothe?

A three-hour interactive workshop that seamlessly integrates yin and restorative yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and yogic philosophy with modern neuroscience and mindfulness strategies.


You will learn, practise, discuss and embody strategies you can use RIGHT NOW to tolerate stress and discomfort, whilst lovingly bringing your mind-body back into a parasympathetic (calm and grounded) state. It's from this place that we can access rational thought, remain connected, and demonstrate compassion, empathy and openness.

Cancellations requested prior to 7 days outside of the event are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event forfeit all ticket costs, but may transfer their ticket to another name. If you are unable to attend an in-person event due to being in isolation for Covid, get in touch. If health guidelines restrict us being together in-person on event dates, this event may be moved online and we will contact you.
